Kids of all ages and the young at heart can witness their favorite Disney films come to life when the all-new show Disney Live! Mickey and Minnie’s Doorway to Magic heads to CFE Arena this Sunday.

More than 20 Disney characters will be featured during this performance including Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy. The show will recreate moments from beloved Disney films such as “Aladdin,” “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” and “Toy Story.”

Organizers say the show will open with a blast of color and choreography as live performers explore the mystery behind Mickey and Minnie’s magical portal.

Audience members will be encouraged to help explore the enchanted lands of the Disney universe by using magic words supplied by Tinker Bell, stomping their feet and wiggling their fingers in the air.

Performers will also showcase illusions designed by magician Jim Steinmeyer, pioneer of tricks such as Walking Trough a Mirror and The Lady in the Puzzle. Steinmeyer also developed the Vanishing Statue of Liberty illusion that was performed by David Copperfield during his TV special in 1983.

“By using magic and illusions, we’ve reimagined iconic scenes and enhanced them, crafting a great connection to the characters and stories for our audiences,” said producer Alana Feld in a press statement.
